Color: soft pink, tending to the skin of the red onion
Composition: Grape variety Nebbiolo 100%
Profile: after harvesting and pressing, the skin is in very short contact with the must, thus creating the colour of the wine (rosé). Long fermentation of three to four weeks in steel tanks at low temperature. Stay in steel for the winter months with exposure to natural cold. Soil clay-marble, Vineyard is south-east facing. Bottling in March-April. Total production 1,500 bottles
Nose: strong nose of fresh fruit, raspberries and cherries complemented with light flowers.
Taste: soft and very harmonious in the mouth. Fresh acidity and good taste consistency. Sapid.
Alcohol content: 13,5€.
Foodpairing: excellent as an aperitif and with summer snacks. It goes beautifully with fish dishes
